Not sure this is the right place so if a Moderator feels it should be relocated, please do so.
Like many before me, and since my model journey began, I built a model of Victory,,,,, twice,,,,, from scratch. Never again, but, there is so much information readily available now it would be much more fun today compared to 40 years ago. The following three part audio podcast from Mariner's Mirror is interesting for anyone, especially if building Victory.

First of the three podcasts is below. Each part has a 90 second of advertisements before it starts.

Many Thanks Allan,

sounds like relatively easy to join these meetings

Next week the Society for Nautical Research launches its winter lecture series for this academic year.

These online lectures will highlight new and ongoing research being undertaken by members of the society and its affiliations. It is delighted to have a fantastic lineup of 12 speakers covering topics such as the ongoing restoration of HMS Victory, diversity in the maritime industry, revolutionary navies, shipwrecks and coastal espionage. Our sincere thanks is extended to our wonderful list of speakers and all those who expressed interest in delivering a presentation to the society.

Lectures are to be held fortnightly on Wednesday evenings at 6:30PM (UTC) between October 2024 to March 2025. They will be held online (via zoom) and be FREE to members of The Society For Nautical Research. Details can be found within the ‘members area’ of the website.
