Mexican Navy tall ship crashes into Brooklyn Bridge

These training ships usually have a cadre of experienced officers and petty officers. The cadets work under them. Also, on a well run ship the captain is on the bridge when the vessel is maneuvering. He is quick to take the conn if need be.
