I posted here yesterday, with another account I have lost. But not to worry as I've made another,

Hello Everyone, My name is Edward, I've been studying the design and development of wooden warships from 1550 to 1860, and for me the best way to understand them has 'for me' been to make models in minecraft. To a scale of about one minecraft block equaling to two imperial feet.

I had been wondering what you guys might think of them.

Here is Soleil Royal 1749, 80 guns, 193 ft on the gundeck by 51 ft on her beam. Also this is the second time ive made this post as I've lost my other account.

I'm currently working on two early french 74s, Sceptre 1720(widely regarded as the first french 74, and Neptune 1723. Here are some pictures of the beginning of the models. Dark Brown is Sceptre, and Orange is Neptune, also if anyone know if that shade of Orange color might be historically accurate?
