Anyone have a direct line to model expo?
I placed an order a little over 1 month ago for a couple of kits and some other bits and bobs…about 320 usd worth.
At time of order, everything listed as being in stock.
When I checked my account the order was listed as back ordered.
I can maybe understand how there might have been another order placed milli seconds before mine and such I became the back order.
No worries at all.
BUT
What does rattle my cage is when I enquire as to expected shipping date I get nothing, zip, no reply.
Not the first time there customer service skills would appear to not care about foreign custom.
All I want is an answer, an estimate, an acknowledgement to a customer inquiry.
A customer who prefers to keep their money in their own account, until such time as goods can be available within a reasonable time frame.

maybe you contact @Model Shipways who is member also in our forum

also @Bluebeard maybe can help
