Most of what you will learn is self taught using your own research. You will spend a hundred hours just reading build logs, and taking in all sorts of great ideas and techniques you will try for yourself, and also come up with dozens of questions. Where we come in is helping you find that information, and providing fast answers to specific questions and keep you working on your model until it's finally done... then you'll start building another, and marvel at how much better it is because of all the experience and knowledge you gained without being aware of much of it. If you are amazed by some of the models we have built here, you'll be much more impressed with yourself after reflecting on how far you've come after you finish your first ship. Study long, work slowly and patiently, and smile at the results.
