Howard Chapelle's American Small Sailing Craft has plans for this vessel type, as well as the similar (though deeper and centerboard-less) Friendship Sloop. I think the book is available for checkout on the Internet Archive.
 
Did you look at Model Expo/Model Shipways website, they sell plans to kits and they have a Smack. MS1472 is kit number. You can often download instructions, but have to buy extra plans.
 
My apologies for the long time to thank you. If it is at all possible I would need a scan of the blueprints primarily because of the dimensions of the mast and rigging. I would like to make it from scratch. sorry for the bad English. I am from a small country in Europe-Croatia. I wish you all the best
