Need 3D Printed Ship Name for Transom

I need a ship name set in high relief in a small serif typeface and a recessed border. I have no CAD ability, so would prefer to furnish a Word or Paint file for the 3D service to make up a prototype so I can cast it in metal. Any recommendations on who would do this?
