I have been given the plans for Artesania Latina Endeavour. The set contains four double sided plans plus an illustrated guide and assembly instruction booklet. Unfortunately there are now drawings of the bulkheads (frames). The plans have a copywrite date of 1981 to 1990. Is it still possible to source the bulkhead plans for this model?

Not from AL it seems, but there are contemporary admiralty plans available , and there is also an "anatomy of the ship" edition which will carry them.

This publication might also be useful: HM Bark Endeavour by Ray Parkin. It includes 15 large scale folding plans. I suspect however the AL version of Endeavour comes closer to Karl Heinz Marquardt's interpretation of this ship in the 'Anatomy of the Ship' series.

I built this kit straight from the box back in the eighties, i much enjoyed it and it is still a reasonable reproduction,allthough i think that with the amount of information available now from the internet i could have done a more accurate build . I try now to always work to admiralty plans if they are available, which is usually the case for british ships and also for ships of other flag that have been captured and served the crown.
