hello. i need help with the mast sizes on the zhl san felipe. my instructions don't list the sizes of dowels or how long to make them to use for the 4 masts. i need to know the lenghts of all 4 masts that are cut to size. hope someone can help me with this. thanks terry

But if the drawings are to the same scale as the model, you can measure them directly. You can check by measuring something on the model and checking it matches the size on the plan. This does not always work - my hull plans are 1/50, same as the model, but the masts/rigging plans are more like 1/56, but you can calculate from there to the correct size.

The length sizes are not on the drawings. BUT, if you do have the drawings of the Mast, then the drawings should maybe be at 1:1 or full scale. Measure the mast length from the drawing. If the drawings are reduced by a certain percentage then it is still possible to calculate the length.

oh my - so you know what scale your felipe is (from the box cover)
This could prove a little difficult as now you will have to go by relational charts or ratio charts to determine the mast length per like the hull and beam lengths. I do not have that info handy at the moment. But I do know all mast are based off percentages and ratios taken from I think the hull or beam measurements.
