Hi there, look at item 31 in the attached image. It shows a brick oven.

I'd suggest checking the websites for the Mary Rose and the Vasa, two sailing ships that sank and were raised. The Mary Rose is from the mid-1500s and is located in England while the Vasa is from the 1620s and is located in Sweden. Both, I believe, have discussions about the ships' ovens.
