My name is Patrick and although I've been model making since a teenager I only started making wooden ships when I retired . At the moment I'm finishing Endeavour by Caldercraft which I think is going OK although that almost square bow resulted in a few swearing outbursts. I have just ordered a POF of Bluenose that may be a challenge but I know I can get help from you guys. As per a resent thread I have a photo of my workstation, a corner of spare bedroom, easy to stow when grandkids visit, cheers Pat.IMG_20250713_142310_331.jpg

Welcom to this SoS forum, Patrick. Like Alan, I am also looking forward to your Bluenose build. I suppose is the PoF version from YuanQing? If so, then here you can find a lot of information:

Thanks for that Peter, it will be my first PoF so I'll probably be a regular visitor to that thread. I'm not expecting delivery for a month but will start some research as soon as Tour de France finishes.
