I have received an email from Model Expo that our own member Olha Batchvarov will lead a YouTube build on her channel on there kit "Gunboat Philadelphia 1:24 scale".

The build is supposed to start on May 10th.

The email included a link to the Unboxing Video by Olha, which I think is also from her channel.
 
I know I have this kit on my self and I am about ready to dig it out to follow Olha on her build in May.

How many others here in the forum have the kit and will be following her build possibly?
 
I have enjoyed watching the video a few days late, she is great presenter, and I love she is as dis-organized as most of us, but always explaining each step by step.

I am 1/4 way thru (watching on computer at work during breaks) and love it so far, now to go home and start my build and join the group build.
 
To all those who are working on the Philly gunboat, be aware of possible issue that was found by Ohla, that one of the two bottom sheets #23S and 23P may be shorter than the other.

Posts online on YouTube seem to indicate that this problem is only effecting some of the kits manufactured. Not sure if it in older or new production of kits.

Luckily the kit I have have both sheets the same length.
