I really feel for you. My Missus has a back problem so I know (by my ear bashings) how painful it can be.

Welcome. I think there are a lot of veterans here on SOS. Hope you get better soon so you can build and we can chat. PTSD is a real bummer.
 
Thank's Pathfinder, It's tough, but There's folk a lot worse off than me, so i can't complain. I'm coping, in my own way, my Mr's, she deserves a medal for putting up with me. I'll get through it, plenty of coffee, supply of tobacco and her support. Losing my job was rough, but... ah well, that's life. Crack on, as they say. lol
