Got diagnosed with bad case of strep throat, plus other complications associated with it. Got a cocktail of 2 shots of vairous steroids and antibiotics, plus 7 days of meds. Just won't let go of me.

I have not been in my shop much in a week. I try to go in to work on something and about 5 min or so, just give up. I have a BUNCH of pictures I took of the current projects, but have not uploaded them - just can't do it now. I am asking for any prayers from any and all my dear friends.

Hope you are feeling much better quickly, sending care and prayers, have plenty of rest and I know it's hard but try and relax,

Donnie, Sorry to hear about your Strep. I know it can kick you butt if not taken care of. Plenty of rest, liquids and antibiotics, and you will be back at the workbench before you know it. Rest up! "Doctor" Magic Mike
 
I'm truly sorry to hear everything you're going through. It must be really tough, and I can only imagine how frustrating it must be not to be able to dive into your projects as you would like. Take all the time you need to rest and take care of yourself—health comes first. We're all here to support you, and I'm sending you all my positive thoughts for a speedy recovery.
 
Donnie, sorry to hear..tea, honey, lemon juice...lots of fluids ,rest and your meds..no charge for this advice.. in the same boat..got a UTI after my prostatectomy..meds and a Cath...would like to be in the shop, but also have to rest and get on this site! You have a lot of support here..love this site ..you will get better
 
Hope you shake this off with the treatments and meds.

We need you to keep us running on this forum, and to see what great work comes from the shop.

In OK, lots of folks are fighting bad lingering cough like illness.

Its winter time weather and back to summer in same day here, and that is not good on health.
