Paper model: Frieslands statenjacht "Friso".

For many years the hull was halfbuild in a dark corner... almost forgotten.
When looking at it lately I was hooked again an finished it!
Inspired by the build of a chinese wooden kit of a Baltimore clipper Halcon 1840.

It is an almost all-paper waterline model of a Lemster aak representing the 'official' ship of the province Friesland.
They published this modelkit in 1990 and therefore nowadays hard to find. Although...
