Pennants and flags...

The Constucto Enterprise 1799 kit..how many stars are on the flag that came with your kit? Mine has 15. Doing a little research, it should have 16 if truly built in 1799. And with 14 guns in my kit...this would have put the time during 1811 or thereabout; so possibly 17 stars? Does anyone know where small flags ot pennants can be had for ship models?
