Plans for USS Hatteras

I wonder if there exist any drawings for USS Hatteras. I have seen photos of very beautifully made model of her and would like to start building a rc model with functioning beam engine and paddlewheels.

On Ships of Scale facebook page, somebody posted a Uss Hatteras build and I asked for plans, he said he built the model off some images and no plans for this ship.
