Hi Sideliner,I have seen this before but never built it,I also added some images.

Yes I purchased and built this.

There is an boxing on my youtube channel site. its small but I found it useful to keep my tools & parts organized.
The top comes off as a cradle for boat kits.

For a beginner its okay, but you will soon outgrow it. I still use mine, but its overflowing with tools and bits.

If you can get it cheap is good for what it is.
