Sorry you are having issues. I bet they ordered it direct and they are waiting for delivery.
You should be able to contact them and they should tell you what is going on.

Did you ever receive your purchase? I’m thinking of buying the Amati Riva Aquarama from them. They have it on sale for $334. The price from
Amati is $375 which makes me suspicous.
