Does anyone have a source for custom made pressure sensitive stickers? My current build is a dive boat and I would like to put "Diver Down" stickers on the hull sides. It cannot be larger than 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" or the bottom of the sticker will be below the water line. So far I've only contacted one manufacturer and they don't make anything smaller than 9 1/6"

Thanks

Marty,
Inkjet printable decal film is available online and probably work very well, but I’m sure there are sheets of self-adhesive stuff as well. Honestly, though, diver down flags are so simple, I’d just mask and airbrush it.

The below is a quick drawing with flags that are each about 1" X 1.5" Is this what you are looking for? You can get some 8.5"X11" label paper at any office supply store or Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=Label+paper+8.5X11&crid=267766JUNGYFH&sprefix=label+paper+8.5x11,aps,245&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
Download the drawing and print it on a sheet of label paper with your home printer, cut them out, peel the backing off and stick on the boat. If you have a CAD program I can send it to you as a DXF or DWG drawing. Caveat, if this is not what you are looking for, sorry for any confusion...........

In looking at photos of dive boats I saw a lot of flags on the dive boats but no placards and such on the hull. Maybe I am misunderstanding what you are going for. If a flag, that can be another little fun project. If you change and go with a flag, silk span is great for making flags an can be made to drape down naturally.

Perfect. Thank you

Here is another thought. The website makestickers.com. Cheap, online ordering, fast and accurate. I ordered the scrollwork for the
Emma C, Berry. I cut out the scrollwork from the plans in black and white, mounted on white paper, took a photo, imported into word file, trial and error to get the right size, downloaded to makestickers.com, specified the colors, they sent a sample for approval. The whole order was $11.60. For those who do not have a color printer this was quite easy.
