I am seeking input and or advice ra a couple of kits that I'm interested in - I thought to add I'm an Australia - which may affect some answers. A few weeks ago I was very interested in a couple of kits from Russia, (Falconet - Grasshopper & the Leudo Vine tanker ) only to discover there was no direct postage from Russia to Aust, I was advised to get a friend in the UK or US to help out - however I dont have a contact in either country so I've kind of given up.
Any way here are my questions
First Up I the Marmara Trade Boat - I believe there are a couple of kits avaliable - I think one or two of these uses a slipway or dock for assembling the ribbing - I know ZHL does one, as does SC Models and possibly one or two of the Italian producers as well - My question: Would anyone have an opinion of which kit may be the better way to go. I've heard great things about the ZHL kit, but also some not so great and I am unsure if the slipway is included - personally I have no opinion, I just want to get to work on this beautiful ship
My next question is similar to the first: I also wnat to get my hanbds on the Leudo Vine transport, Again seeking any advise re which kit to go for, again ZHL has a kit but also a couple of tghe Italian producers as well, and again does the kit include the slipway or is this a separate purchase
