Recommended shops in Tokyo for the sale of wood carving chisels

Dear Friends
A good friend of mine is expected to arrive in about two weeks for a visit of several days in Tokyo.
He offered to buy me chisels, after seeing the figures I had carved in the last few months.
I will ask the friends in Japan and those who know shops in this area to recommend shops in Tokyo that sell chisels for wood carving (for carving on a small scale of 1-3 millimeters) and Japanese saws (relatively small).
I would love to receive a recommendation on shops for such tools at affordable prices

This is my first recommendation in the city of Kyoto, the shop owners are nice and there is a wide variety of fine tools, saws, and chisels.
