Jimsky doing plastics, what will the world come to!
LOL... actually, I assembled plastic ship models that are mostly in scale 1:350. I stopped many years ago due to very small-scale and painting issues. I am learning painting to work mostly with resin parts (3D printed) as they evolve the aftermarket parts.Jimsky doing plastics, what will the world come to!
Hallo Jim, Yes, I use an acrylic-based primer in light gray.I love your airbrush painting work, great results! Did you use the primer before painting the plastic parts? Sorry for the question, I am learning...
There is a surviving Ju 88 near me in the Sinsheim Auto and Technology Museum, whose front end has unfortunately not been well restored. I have seen it. A number of wrecks were found in Norway and the Russian tundra in the 1990s, but I don't know their condition. With all the aftermarket parts and details this model will make the real aircraft jealous!
Have you had a chance to see a real JU-88, or are they any survivors anywhere left?
