rope size versus pully

am at a lost to understand the rigging rope to pully , some are just not big enough for the size of the rope . is it just me or is there a problem .

any help would most welcome.

What scale are you working to. Check the plans for block size and rope diameter.

Hi Hammer. I did this spreadsheet a while ago. may be what you after. (or not) Have a look anyway.
