TRUE MEASUREMENTS

The drawings of the transom doesn't given the TRUE SIZE to US:IMG_20250113_123435_898.jpg
As the true hight of the transom is 14mms
and the drawings of the transom is 12mms at all:
IMG_20250113_123731_969.jpg

So I will have to construct and computer the "true are". So as I learned 35 years ago and never used it again Speechless

...so we will see what I can do about it - hopefully!

...and in the LE COUREUR thread of @Uwek I found some very interesting and reasonable solution for the capstain. The push of the sideparts outwards Looks very smart. I found in Galliots and Dutch ships the solution to Set the pointed ends into strengthen parts of the INSIDE of the bulkwalk in here

So I can reduce this plan by copying to 75% "...and Bob is your Uncle"(Terry Pratchett).

The book of Menzel* shows capstains being fixed to the bulwalk by their ends:

the Spill looking very much like a very good cigar (picture to be found).

My dear friends this evening I went to the copy shop to downgrade the spill of the LE COUREUR 1776 monography down by 75% to 1/64 for the testfit on deck of JACINTHE - looking like this:
IMG_20250116_004203.jpg

And I do not know If I can be enthusiastic or if the time gap of nearly half a century does kill my "great idea" cruelly?

Could I get any ideas or comments from your expierenced side?

Thanks a lot!

FOOTAGE N°2 and a question to you

Hello my dear friends,

I decided to add a fixed line to my YouTube Channel due to uploads on every sunday afternoon (Greenwich time) and due to daylight I changed to my kitchen table infront of the window:
IMG-20250114-WA0001.jpeg

Than I dealt in the published footage with all the troubles of the absence of winshes on the deck and adding these by copying the example from the LE COUREUR's plans. All together I needed half an hour for all of this - and this is the time I am able to stay focussed to my topic with my damaged brain.

For the slots in the centerboard and in the moulds I started the next sunday's video:IMG_20250119_154150.jpg
I first tried to use the original 1,5mm-cardboard as a prototype for my drawings - a great plan:
IMG_20250119_150057_342.jpg

But this steered my drawings into the ditch by getting wired lines! So I got back (during life recording without sw**********ring!) to the ruler to work with and told about some ideas to draw lines not only easier but more precise by using the direction of the light to your advantage. By this you do not draw your lines in the undefined zone of the ruler's shadow!

So I decided to add the CWL into the moulds to get a proper fitting and adding the deck,'s slot after the Ab-Hoving-method! Here you can see the transfere of the hight of the keel-CWL from the sideview into the moulds N°8 as an example. (By doing so I was able to prefabricate my first footage and lowering my stress-level by acting like this; several helpfull YouTube Channels do tell you to start with a scheduled weekly appearance of your videos {even rough and uncut as mine are!} to become successfull with a growing group of subscribers and followers by the delivery of intersting content to a very regular basis.)

I do think about doing this repetitive work (this is not sucking any energy from my inner battery!) during the filming while telling something about navale history and tricks for modelbuilding (something like some "pictured potcast") in the background. So the x-times to be done work gets done while filming the footage and something related is told.
What do you think about this plan?

Thanks you very much.
