Does anyone know if there is a kit, or have any SOS members scratch-built a model of a ship with Sepping's round stern and/or bow ? It would probably be of a second or third rate British battleship after 1825.....The framing would be very interesting...

Not easy to make ......

Thanks Uwe. I have a book on naval architecture with a hand-written dedication by Seppings to the book's owner (Cpt Spencer RN). Here are some images that show the advantages of the round stern as far as field of fire. The lower photographs show the markings on the book. It would be a lot of fun and very interesting to make a scratch or a kit model showing Seppings structural improvements.....Maybe a project for CAF......Tom ?
