Serv -O- Matic Machine

Anyone know where I can Get a Serv-O-Matic rope makeing machine?
Or something like it.
Syren is always out of stock.
Trying to do it by hand isn't cutting it.
I found one like it at Pavel Nipkin, but I am not sure know how to order from them.
