looking for a way to simulate florecent tubes in ceiling fixtures or general lighting in models?
a bit of searching, i found some low voltage led filaments that can be used in models.
i have played with these filaments i got out of regular edison bulbs (120vac) and was so pleased to see they can be used individually (naked.) i jumpered the power to a filament and sure enough it glowed.
120vac is a bit risky in models but after finding them in 3vdc versions, opened a new use for us modelers.
