Hello,
I need to make brass stair railings and steps along the masts for the "Marina 2" model by Artesania Latina, and I'm having trouble making them all exactly the same. What's your method for working with brass to ensure they're all perfectly identical? Thank you.

If you need multiple of the same ladder then you need to build wooden jigs to hold all the pieces as a whole until you have soldered it all together.
A jig for the stairs treads and side rails.
A jig for holding the hand rails to the side rails.
