There is a Swedish Pojama currently under construction.
There was no such ship on the lists of the Swedish fleet. Most likely, this is one of the unrealized projects of AF Chapman. But my love for galleys made me start building one. The scale was chosen solely for the convenience of making oars from... from Chinese sticks ROTF.
The sailing equipment had to be reconstructed according to other drawings of this type.
To be continued...

very interesting project and very good executed

when I remember correctly was the Pojama a swedish type of ship of archipelago fleet and not a single ships name - documented by Chapman and build based on his designs

This is the famous Poyama Brunnhilde
But I used a different drawing:

Yes the Brunnhilde or Brynhilda
On your drawing it is written "En Pojama" means (I think) "one Pojama" - so like you wrote already -> maybe designed by Chapman, but never realized

A very interesting type of ship

Yes, that is correct,
Pojama is not the name of the ship, but of the type.

Also worth noting is that the skerry fleet was not part of the navy, but rather the army (might be helpful for searching records).

The skerry fleet types:
Galley, Schebeck, Udema, Turuma, Hemmema, Pojama, Kanonslup and Kanonjolle(of which there is a Corel kit available)
These are all very interesting designs with various solutions for armament size and arrangements. All very specialised for archipelago warfare.

A pity there are not more models of these.
It is great to see new models being made of them. Many thanks for sharing this interesting build. Looks really good!

Cheers,
Peter
