I saw recently a few member deciding to buy a table saw.

Yes Table saws can be quite dangerous and need total respect when using. We don't want to get blood on our timbers. Timbers can be expensive.

You should apply the no alcohol rule when using.Saw 1.jpg

This one has some optional feature like a featherboard.

A well advised extra to purchase.

This one has a high rise and also the featherboard. You can also buy single featherboards.

I know when I use my table saw with the featherboards I feel a lot safer, not to mention the featherboard is going to help give you a nicer cut.

Another tool to have is a table saw slide. Stay tuned folk it is commingFeatherboard 1.jpg

Here a couple of videos that are well worth watching

I use my Proxxon table saw to cut strips for planking and use push sticks on the top and side of the board being ripped. A four-inch blade can mess-up a nice manicure really bad.
