Hmm. I'm a rookie but adding sails to yards that are already mounted on the masts would appear to be an impossible task? I certainly couldn't do it!

You doubt in vain. On the two previous models, I did so. First I put the rigging, then the sails were tied to the yards. For that, the panels do not interfere with pulling the ropes.

In first ship model I added sails to already mounted yards. So if it's possible in 1/200 you certainly can do it or maybe in smaller scale it was easier...

I hope you are doing well and that all is peaceful in your home and heart. My wife is from Moscow and her father was Andrey as well and came from Tula. It is wonderful that such a hobby as this can help to make the world smaller and remind us how we are all people of this world, sailing through the seas of time!

Again, you forgot that this building is homemade, not from a set.The blocks are purchased, but I modified them manually.Covered with stain under the color of oak.You're right about the rigging.It's getting harder and harder to carry it out.Now I am engaged in firing the tack-box.

I did forget about it being a scratch-built ship. When I follow many builds, I can lose track of the details. This makes it even more impressive. There are many different blocks. My compliments on your work.
