The kit has no black bolts, and the internal structure is made of wood that I use myself, not the basic kit.

Only members of the Trident model SOS were reserved as a gift of internal parts, but the black bolts were not included.

That Diorama is exactly what I had planned for my Alert.
I have the CAF Enterprise kit which will be navy board style so I thought I'd make the Alert a diorama with a slip down to the water's edge. Can you post more pictures of the diorama?

It looks like the cabins, sail room and other structures are from the “gift“ parts provided for SOS members. But, we’ll need the instructions and parts numbers from Trident to be able to use them. I hope we get them by the time we complete the framing and the berth deck.
