Troopship Titanic a what if.

The Titanic's third identical twin was called Britannic, and it was a hospital ship during the Great War (1914 - 1918). It struck a mine and sank in the Mediterranean!
 
The sistership Britannic had according my knowledge never a Camouflage painting, the second sistership, the Olympic, was really painted with dazzle camouflage and used some time as troop transport
