There are no rules for All Caps on our site, though I am not sure about other sites. You can use any size font as long as you are comfortable with it.
P.S. Not just the font size, but also the colors.

most other sites do not allow all caps posts as i am a moderator on a tech site plus was 1 on another tech site.
donfarr, i was born with cerebral palsey 65yrs ago that affected my speech & my mobility, mostly in my legs & somewhat in my left arm. had corrective surgery twice on my legs when i was 4 & 10yrs old with the 2nd operation having an unexpected consequence in that it damaged the lymph nodes in the groin area which did not show its ugly head til i was 61yrs old. my speech is now normal as my brain repaired the damage in the speech section of the brain. i only started using a cane back in Feb 2020 when i had a bout of vertical which went away fully after 2 weeks but continued using the cane as i am slowly loosing the mobility in the legs. what i lost in my legs i gained in my brain use. what font are you using on your monitor to read text as a computer customer of mine is legally blind but still uses her computer in large font but not all caps as you are doing?
