few years ago there was an online company that sold plans for just about every boat the USCG has/had Not the new designs The cool looking ones 
They had plans for all the lifeboats Maybe not the 47 Buoy tenders of all sizes The 75 foot towboat The 41 and the 40 Had quite a few Lost them over the years and can't find the company
