This is my fourth of 11 US Sailing warships planned (search ships sunk at Norfolk harbor 1861) I am currently also building the USS United States. I am 1/2 done with the starboard shrouds, done with the port on her. Will be doing ratlines (UGH!) soon. I can if you wish start a build log on her as well. I have literally dozens and dozens of photo of The United States as well as my two previous builds, the Pennsylvania and the Columbus. I work in 1/72 scale by the way.

I agree with the comments above - very good work.
The sheating of the hull was a huge work, and was done very good - very good result

I have not posted to this build lately because I am finishing up a different ship. I am about to put up the yards and install the running rigging on the USS United States. If it acceptable to the moderators, I will simply post her final build steps here?IMG_7335.JPGIMG_7335.JPGIMG_7336.JPGIMG_7338.JPGIMG_7339.JPGIMG_7346.JPGIMG_7364.JPGIMG_7366.JPGIMG_7366.JPGIMG_7370.JPG

I started a different post on this site under warships between the 1760's, and 1860's I believe was the title or close to it. Cannot seem to find it now. So I am reposting to this, the original forum.
What is the ship name?maybe I can find it

I started out labelng it USS Delaware1817, but a moderator re labled it USS Delaware 1817 by threebs. I get a search result that reads "no search result" when I do a search.
