V Open Cup of Kyiv 2014

Hello Sergey,

Wow! Thanks for posting those amazing pictures. If he isn't the best, I can't imagine what the best would look like. May I ask what scale is this ship?

So, we continue our guide to the 3rd models of the same class from three different modelers and three different styles of performance.
This time the model of "12 Apostles" from the author Dmitry Shevelev.
Not minimizing the merits of the previous merits of the authors, I like Shevelev's style the most. Yepur and Bezverkhny undoubtedly amaze with their detail and accuracy of execution, frankly speaking, the perfect execution of details, but.. the style of Dmitry Shevelev (the author of the model, as you can see below) overlaps all the small errors that can be found on the model. The museum view of the model is so mesmerizing that it seems to you that there is not the slightest competition in such a performance. Which may well be true. This is all subjective, but this is my opinion, and you can say your own. I will try to convey a similar style in my model... well, or at least partially get closer to it. On a 10-point scale, all three modelers deserve 11 + points... and it's not for me to judge who is better (my level against the background of these modelers on a 10-point scale approaches a negative value))) but everyone has their own preferences. And Shevelev's style is one love!
