One thing for sure. Sewing machines and Steef66 don't compare. Finding the right adjustments and actually sewing is about 99 to 1. I've used every bad word out the dictionary. I do understand how Hitchcock got that movie name from, he once also had to sew curtains.
 
i am sure you all heard of Steampunk well this is cyberpunk and i am building a computer wall art 18 feet x 12 feet that simulates a computer trying to create a human like we are trying to create AI the entire thing has programed led lighting.

This is a Rifle Maintenance Cradle. Wood is walnut and tiger. I thread the wood bolt. Leather protects the rifle and this device is highly adjustable as well.

Those are absolutely beautiful and so functional!! Been a long time since my long-range leg match days but I was always envious of guys like you that had built custom equipment for their rifles!! Well done!!
 
Lately, in addition to general research, drawing plans and writing when not building, I have been transcribing building contracts for various size ships in the 17th and 18th centuries, and learning a lot in the process.

There is no No in the answer of here questions. That's called marriage, once you say:"Yes I will" You have to repeat that to everything that comes after.
 
My mom bought me my first model kit when I was 6, I was hooked. Fast forward to my 70th birthday coming up with several wooden ships and many plastic kits done. I have now experienced burn out after finishing my 1/72 Revell Snowberry. So much photo etch and so much accurizing. I have completely ground to a halt on my build of the HMB Endeavour. Have all the deck furniture done, masts etc and have done 80% of the final hull planking. I just can't seem to get motivated to wrap it up. I have a Bosphorus sandal fishing boat I purchased when I was in Tukiye and the HMB Beagle still to build. Oh and a canoe. All of which I wan't to get done.

Sometimes, you just have to take a break. This last week I spent working on my fence and cleaning my ship yard. Now I’m ready to get started again.
