If you do a search of African Queen here at SoS you will find several builds. As pointed out by Jimsky in post

I did a little search of Steam Launch Livingstone, 1912 (which is the vessel used for the AQ in the movie) but couldn't find anything regarding plans. You can try to contact someone that built her, Lytham Shipbuilding, to see if they have any old plans in their archives for Livingstone or maybe a sister S/L vessel.
