Folks, I wanted to share as I just received those mini drill bits from amazon and they are really super-good quality (made in Japan)

  • Size: 0.1-1mm; 1.1-2.0mm.
  • Cutting edge strictly symmetrical: beneficial and efficient cutting, avoid offset drilling
  • Made tungsten carbide bits

I am not sure if this is the good\best price. But those days really hard to find drill bits from Japan.
 
Yes, Brian! They are really good quality (while I inspected them), and yes, I expect them to be really fragile...but the size....0.1mm. I have no idea such size exists. I am not even sure if I ever will use this size :)
 
Jim only use smallest sizes in a drill stand.I managed to put copper nails in a grating using 0.18mm drill and 0.15 wire.Any vibration will kill the drill,I used MF70 mill to do this.
