YQ Bluenose Ted R

Looking ahead I'm trying to figure out how to size the shrouds without any specialized equipment along the the order of rigging.
I have found several threads here on the site and will start reading
I didn't approach this project with hubris but was confident I could build this model. I was wrong.
I want to thank everyone who has assisted me in getting to this milestone. I would Iist the major contributors but am afraid to miss someone and all have been valuable.
My model is a little raggedly but I'm pleased and a little proud.
Thank you
Ted
I've written this before wrt to this kit and I don't mind repeating it once more: this kit's level is marked to be "advanced beginner". This is a gross underrating of the level of difficulty of this beautiful model.
You need to have a certain level of understanding of how these ships were build, you need to be able to read and understand drawings, you need to be able to look and plan ahead, you need to be able to understand sometimes oddly translated and incomplete instructions (no offense to those who did their utmost to translate instructions from Chinese into English) and then I'm not even addressing the required craftsmanship from basic woodworking to rigging and that all in scale 1:72.
In other words: you've come a long way, despite all the challenges haphazardly thrown to you.

Than you very much. Maybe it's that level of challenge that has made it so much fun. As I try to find my next project I look at POB and double planked hills and don't see that level of challenge. However, a better set of instructions would be appreciated.
I'm actually trying to decide between a Model Airways kit, maybe a Sopwith Camel or the ZHL San Felipe kit.
Best regards
Ted
