Bluebeard - great to see an example of initiative and effort producing such great results - especially after reading a series of depressing and unproductive posts at the beginning of the thread.

PS: I have built several Mamoli kits and found them to be good quality and value. I hope the new production of Mamoli models by Dusek is as good.

Thank you for the kind words.
Yes at the beginning it was king of tough but with Zoran responds and advises, things now are very smooth. He is been helping me with all my inquiries about this build.
It’s really encouraging to see the owner of a model company stand so firm behind his products and always respond to any of my stupid questions. (Over 75 questions now).
Never have I met someone so cooperative.
Maybe someone in this forum knows Zoran better than me.

Great tutorial, Bluebeard, Thanks. Is it possible for one of the moderators to move this to a more appropriate place than here so that others may gain from this wonderful topic?

I agree 100% with you.
Please go ahead and move it.

I have a great experience with Dusek also.
Not to long ago I purchased the Roter Lowe (great kit) which by the way, when I finish the Cog I will post my build of it.
This kit is awesome, the only thing I didn’t like was the cardboard designs to be place on the sides of the starboard and port. I toss those away and did my own hand painting.
