I hope my assembly experience will help the builders of this kit to some extent. I have specified some dimensions in my posts above. Your dimensions are truly appreciated. Any photos you have of the actual interim steps would also be appreciated.I made a sailboat rudder. I used to make the brass blackening liquid myself, but my wife grumbled that I smelled like ammonia for three days afterwards))). This time I bought a ready-made tool. It doesn't smell like ammonia, brass blackens well, but unfortunately it doesn't want to blacken the brass wire, of which I have a whole coil, for some unknown reason.

Impressive. Nice use of color combinationsI took some liberties with the design of the front bulkhead of the head, considering that we do not have an exact copy here, but a fantasy on the theme of Spanish manovar.
