He messaged me on Aliexpress saying he could ship out the 1/48 scale Bonhomme Richard now. This is in China, so I’m wondering if this could be true. Any thoughts.

Not all of China is in lock down. They may have stock. Just be warned that shipping can take a very long time 20-41 days (some of my orders have been on the long end).
