Cutter Alert 1777 scale 1:48 Dali [COMPLETED BUILD]

Hello all. In 2019, I bought the damaged and unfinished Alert hull via Allegro on the Internet. Cutter very nicely made sewn in difficult technique until he begged to finish it. Since May 2020, I have been trying to renovate and finish the construction of the Cuter Alert from 1777 based on the plans from the book Anatomy of the Ship by Peter Goodwin.

Great workmanship, Dali and very interesting way making gears. Can you explain and possibly give more details of the process? What kind of end mill (bit) you are using?

Thank you . I use Chinese cutters purchased on AliExpress, I am very happy with them. I don't know why, but some Proxxon cutters burn pear wood.

Thank you, I drill round holes and then cut a square hole with a knife. This is only half of the photos, tomorrow I will add more to the current state of construction.
