Hi all. Thanks for the comments and help. I sort of decided on the scuppers, I'll do it soon. In the meantime: I didn’t like the nasal structure and I broke it (dismantled it)

Made fenders and timbers with pulleys for fore tack

Frank, thanks for the photo. Informative. Sometimes you look for one detail, how it looks and you have to look at a lot of photos in order to see and understand. I did this with the stern. Looked at a lot of photos. So yours will definitely come in handy. There are not many photos. Thank you

Good morning Sasha. Brilliant. Your attention to the finer details and accuracy of the Victory is off the charts my friend ! When I look at how you are building this insane ship I realise what a basic and inaccurate my Victory is. Beautiful work. Cheers Grant. PS : I know you are aware the Portsmouth Victory restoration has many inaccuracies and changes from the Trafalgar Victory and she had many faces over her lifetime.

Nice progress. Only the gun barrels don't seem to fit quality of the rest of the ship. Do you plan to change them for some aftermarket ones?
