Disar Chines Junco

Has anyone built the Disar Chines Junco? If so, I would appreciate some pictures of the build or some advice. From the manual, it is not at all clear how to plank the bow of this boat. There are even some conflicting pictures of the first couple of planks as to where the land on the first few bulwarks. I have sent a couple of messages to Disar asking for clarification but have not had any response. Thanks, if you can advise on this matter

I found a new kit a couple of months back for under $40, so I am restarting it today.

Im glad you found a new one. It is a good build and a lot of fun. After my initial inquiry of wondering how to plank the bow and waiting for several weeks, I just said do it and plunged into it. Turned out to be one of my better planking jobs. Now at the point of putting the last pieces of decking in place and will then work on masts and sails.

At last, finally finished the Chinese Junko from Disar. Turned out pretty well and was a lot of fun in the making.
