I am going to post a huge set of detailed plans for a pirate ship just like the one in the Disney movies.

After 11 months of effort, I am at a point where I can start to publish my drawings for those interested. The reason I did not post them before, was because I am currently working on the entire design as we speak. The ship depicted in the movie is a pirate ship, based on a Revell model, I think. I am not quite sure, but I spent endless hours reverse engineering pictures into a solid plan and elevation view of the ship. Over a period of three weeks after that, I began developing working drawings of the keel, bow, and stern. The stern was extremely complicated. This set of plans is a full scale set of plans to build a pirate ship. All the dimension are given in inches with two decimal points. ex.(12.00)

In about three weeks I will be able to publish all the drawings for the keel, keelson, and bow components. You can scale all the dimensions down to whatever scale you want and exclude all the fasteners as a model ship builder, just saying. Here is an example:

I have not seen a model drawing this well dimensioned before, great work. I am looking forward to seeing the design drawing package when completed. There is a lot of interest in pirate ships on the site.

Thanks Mike. I originally thought to develop a full set of shop prints to sell at boating and marine expositions, like trade shows. But my lord said, no just draw this shit and give it out for free. I then had an eurika moment. Before that time I had always enjoyed the freely given software without costs, because it made my computer work so much more capable, so I knew I had to give my talents back to humanity by not selling it (which would have been greedy), but by freely publishing this. I think that is the wave of the future.

just like in Star Trek, no one has money. it's not even mentioned. there is no economy, but in star wars there is an economy
