Grant! WTH, man! I turn my back for a couple of days and what happens! I'm loving your build, BTW!

Good luck with the rehab! I know you'll get it done with precision - but you'll have to follow the directions ROTF

Blessings. Peace. Gratitude.
Chuck

Good evening Chuck. True story but these instructions give me a world of hurt…if I could I would certainly toss themROTF. Thanks for the wishes they are appreciated.
I was on vacation for two weeks - and during that time such things happened Redface Grant, I wish you a speedy recovery, stay well.
Hi Grant

I wish you a speedy recovery
Thank you very much Vladimir and Zoly. So far so good:D
Grant,
Yikes - again - get back on your feet soon. Knee replacement is, as you know, a very common procedure done world-wide these days.
A walk in the park for surgeons. In the meantime enjoy the meds. You're probably already up and about as I write this..

Cheers my friend.
Good evening John. Thank you very much. The surgery went very well and I am pretty mobile already just managing the pain especially when the Physio gets a hold of me:rolleyes:. Cheers Grant

Happy 4th July to all my USA friends.
To all friends in America. Happy 4th of July. :D Thumbsup
THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Going to be a rain-out here in SW Florida, so a good day to make sawdust and watch some TV. We are watching the series Downton Abby again as it has been over 14 years since it first aired in the US so is quite fresh after all that time. Interesting tidbit, Hugh Bonneville was interested supporting/playing in a movie or short series on Lord Nelson and Emma Hamilton but the writer Adam Preston could not get enough signatures (10,000) to take to producers to convince them to spend the money. Probably too late now, but was an interesting idea.

Good evening Everybody. I haven’t played much with my ship lately, however yesterday and today I lay on the floor and did some fairing of the hull. There are plenty hrs to go:D…..

My recovery from my op is going really well and my only frustration is I cannot drive just yet…..Plenty of pain still during the physio work but that’s expected and my physio lady really enjoys inflicting as much as she can ROTFROTF.
Cheers Grant

Back on the yard-floor and sanding! Good to here you are working on yourself and the model. With the help of all that ladies.
Regards, Peter

Great to see you back at it! And fairing is a good task for getting your feet wet.

I’m thinking of getting one knee replaced in January followed by the other as soon as possible afterwards - now to get my surgeon on board. My thought is the first one will eat up my out of pocket expenses so the 2nd one will be pretty much free, And yes, they both need it.

Those frames are looking to be really well fared, great continuity between each one.

They usually want to wait as long as possible because they can only do it one time.

Thanks Peter. It was a pleasant experience playing with my Enterprise again. Nothing like a break to get that enthusiasm back.
You're smarter than the average bear Grant Tyler...
Every once in a while Paul……ROTF
Have her vacuum up those ricochet rabbit pebbles too! ROTF
Good to see you back at work Grant! ;)
Hi Dean. It was good to be able to do some work on her again- my mobility is improving everyday. She couldn’t find Ricochet rabbit pebbles- just as well as I rather enjoy jumping around ROTF

Thanks Hugh. It is a pretty seamless surgery nowadays and the recovery seems really good as long as you are willing to take some hurt and do the physio- I go 3 times a week and exercise everyday- so far so good.

Good evening Daniel. Thanks. I am really happy with my work on each frame before I fitted them as the amount of sanding and scraping now is much less. In saying that there is still a few hours to go.

100% Jeff. Luckily for me my left leg has not received as much damage as my right and I’m good to go:D

Good evening Gilbert. Thank you kindly and yes it’s great to be back in the shipyard. You are funny, the only thing I say to my physio are cuss words ROTF

Cheers Grant
